Woohoo!! First tkd test is officially over yesterday at around 4pm.
Still dunno the result, but I really hope that I can get double promotion.
To those who don't understand the meaning of double promotion, I'll state an example:
Like now, single promotion, means your belt colour changes from white to yellow tip (a pathetic unseenable yellow patch at the near end of the white belt)
Double promotion means your belt changes from white to yellow (a whole yellow belt wich is much seenable than yellow tip and means you didn't waste your money for the test.)
Well, I think I did quite fine, no mistakes (heng ah..) but my group got like 7 people tested at one time, dunno how the examiner had the time to assess everyone using his pair of tiny eyes.
Anyway, not just our school's tkd is there, another JC, Temasek JC was also there. I must say our school's tkd team was much much bigger than TJC's, all because of the huge number of JC1s.
Even a girl from TJC(I was sitting next to one girl from TJC) asked me :
"You mean from here to there(the stage) all are from PJC?" haha, when I said yes, she and her friends was like shocked. haha
Anyway, besides JC people, there are also other small kids (REALLY VERY SMALL) tested. I must really say, they are so amazing and kawaii too!!
I remembered very clearly got this 2 small kids, I think is 7 to 9 years old, they are already in RED belt sia...So li hai. Suddenly got a paiseh feeling, like I'm 10 years older but stil in white belt. haha
Anyway, I think from grading of green belt onwards, need to spar one. So the small kids spar leh!!
Damn hilarious. The moment a black belt guy commence their spar, the 2 kids immediately started kicking each other. Imagine this :
2 small kids bobbing up and down, bringing up their teeny-weeny legs and trying to kick each other. Then this carry on for 1 minute, in the same manner and pattern.Then , they had to make some noises (in their teeny-weeny voices)to scare each other throughout the spar.Then when the black belt person stopped them, they stopped like robots being switched off and continue wearing that same blur expression.
So cute :) The whole batch of JC students sitting behind watching there was like giggling now and then and keep wahing. Then when they are done, everyone applaused immediately. Bravo!!Bravo!!Damn pei fu the small kids. haha. If only I brought video camera with me..
Kids are just so innocent..
